Business Change Manager

The Wilton Business Change Manager (BCM) is responsible for leading the people side of change for ASML’s most strategic and impactful factory initiatives relating to business processes and IT improvements within the Wilton Factory. As part of the Operational Excellence (OE) organization you will partner closely with project leaders, subject-matter experts, IT and functional teams to ensure changes are understood, optimized, adopted and sustained. The BCM also drives factory-wide maturity of organizational change management, embedding relevant skills and knowledge within the organization.

In alignment with ASML’s organizational change management methodology, the Business Change Manager is responsible for leading the people‑side of change for strategic improvement initiatives within Wilton Factory. Key responsibilities include:
