Veterans Engineering is hiring a Clinical Social Worker to join our dedicated healthcare team, providing critical mental health support to veterans and their families. In this role, you will assess patients' psychological and social needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans to improve their overall well-being. You will engage in therapy sessions, coordinate care, and advocate for your clients within the healthcare system, fostering recovery and resilience. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services within ECT operations Support patients and families through assessment, crisis intervention, care planning, and coordination
• Maintain high standards of safety, ethics, and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute psychiatric settings
• As needed, float to additional behavioral health units including: Adult inpatient behavioral health Psychiatric consult services Emergency Department behavioral health support

Requirements

• Master's Degree required
• MSW required; LCSW strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of acute psychiatric experience
• ECT experience preferred
• Active CA license at time of application
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR

Travel Requirements

Travel to client locations is required for this position and may vary based on project needs.
