10-4 Logistics USA seeks a dependable Dedicated CDL Class A truck driver to operate a regional dedicated lane. This position operates 100% dry‑van freight for a single customer and involves hand‑unloading at customer locations using rollers . Drivers receive weekly home time with a 34‑hour reset and work in late‑model sleeper equipment with automatic transmissions.

• Compensation: $29.00–$31.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a safe and on‑time bonus; typical weekly earnings $2,100–$2,300.
• Equipment: Late‑model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions; drivers may be permitted to take assigned trucks home if safe, secure parking is available.
• Freight type: Dedicated dry‑van, hand unload only (no lumper, no pallet jacks).
• Home time: Weekly with a 34‑hour reset.

Primary responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy.
• Perform dedicated regional dry‑van deliveries for a single customer and hand unload freight using rollers according to account instructions and schedule.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and required documentation, including ELD usage where applicable.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or operational issues.
• Adhere to hours‑of‑service rules, company safety standards, and specific customer requirements at all times.

• 100% hand‑unload operations using rollers; no lumper or pallet jack requirements.
• Late‑model sleeper equipment; drivers may take assigned trucks home when safe, secure parking is available.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Minimum 3 months of solo tractor‑trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and meet DOT medical requirements.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.
• Meet age and other regulatory requirements as required by federal, state, and local law.
