Job Description

Protecnium  is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services (We are currently looking for an Office and  Land Surveyor  to join our team for a  highway construction project  in  Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

-Project: Road Conditioning Project

-Estimated duration of the position: 2 years - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.

-Language and level required:  English, upper intermediate level B2, advanced C1.

-Summary:  We are seeking an experienced Office and Land Surveyor to support a road conditioning project in Atlanta. The role will be split field and office work, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

-Main Responsibilities:

• Perform topographic and construction surveys using Trimble 

equipment.

• Process survey data and generate accurate deliverables using TBC, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Verify design alignments and elevations for paving and road works.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure design compliance. 
• Maintain accurate survey documentation and reports.
• Support night shifts and occasional weekend work as required by project needs.

-Shifts: 10 hours daily, (including a 1-hour lunch break), with flexibility for night and weekend shifts.

-Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Topography, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a land or office surveyor in civil or road construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Trimble Business Center (TBC), AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• English level: B2-C1.
• Availability for 10-hour workdays (including a 1-hour lunch break), with flexibility for night and weekend shifts.
