**Job Title: Electrode Department Operator** **Job Description** Join our team in the Electrode Department as an Operator working the night shift from 6 pm to 6 am on a rotating schedule. You will work two days on, two days off, and three days on, with a pattern that includes working every other weekend. Over a two-week period, this schedule allows for 36 hours one week and 48 the next. **Responsibilities** + Prepare equipment and materials for production. + Operate equipment according to the Operating Manual, input materials, and monitor for defects. + Self-inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. + Maintain accurate production records in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES). + Track all non-conformances and scraps. + Engage in the mixing process by wearing a full mask respirator and handling powders safely. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols, especially when in contact with slurry and chemicals. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 9 months tenure at each previous job. + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Ability to work in a PPE and cleanroom environment. + Experience in production, cleanroom operations, assembly, and machine operation. + Familiarity with general production processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Cannot have a beard due to full mask respirator requirements. + Must not have been unemployed for more than 30 days. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy fully company-paid medical benefits, 17 paid holidays in 2025, and 3 weeks of vacation. As part of a cleanroom environment, you will wear appropriate garb, including a beard net if necessary. The workspace is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
