linical Data Analyst with Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SQL Server and EHR
The Clinical Data Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to business and clinical leaders, working closely with C-level executives, directors, and managers to deliver meaningful insights through reports, dashboards, and data storytelling. This role bridges clinical data and business strategy, ensuring that decision makers across the organization have accurate, timely, and easy-to-understand information to guide operations, quality initiatives, and long-term planning.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Insurance / claims with healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.
Proven ability to work directly with executives and senior managers, delivering presentations and reports to non-technical audiences.
Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.).
Solid SQL skills and comfort working with healthcare data (claims, EMR/EHR, operational, and financial datasets). SSRS, SQL, and SQL Server.
Expert with Python
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of healthcare operations, performance metrics, and quality measures.
Strong front-end analytics and visualization skills and Microsoft Stack technical expertese
Strategic partnership with business & clinical leaders

Experience with dashboards, scorecards, and insights translation
Preferred:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
Experience with healthcare quality frameworks (CMS, HEDIS, Joint Commission, etc.).
Exposure to advanced analytics (forecasting, predictive modeling, population health insights).
Experience working with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms in a Microsoft (SSRS, SQL, and SQL Server) environment.
