The Senior Change Manager will lead change management activities on large, complex transformational projects. This role requires extensive experience in developing and executing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and mitigating resistance to change. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of successfully driving change adoption within organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
- Develop change management engagement and communication plans.
- Perform readiness assessments of stakeholders to participate in and adopt change.
- Develop various communications, communication channels, and communication methods to appropriate stakeholders.
- Assess change resistance and develop mitigations necessary to support change adoption.
- Identify and assess change impacts to the organization's business processes and technology solutions.
- Engage various stakeholders in contributing to effective change and the associated development of change champions.
- Develop various onboarding and training tools and/or reference guides.
- Communicate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders including executive leadership, health-care providers, medical administrators, and medical support staff.
