Our focus is excellence in clinical quality, patient experience, research, education, and financial stewardship. **We are hiring a Practice Manager for our Neurosurgery Clinic at the Plaza** This is a Monday through Friday day shift position. **Position Highlights Include:** + The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services. + Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership, assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction. + Provides practice management for clinical and non-clinical staff. + Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement. + Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets. + Will supervise staff including hiring, performance, scheduling and training. + Works directly with providers for scheduling and patient flow. + Will staff within administrative clinic functions as needed. + Previous healthcare management strongly preferred **Why Saint Luke's?** + We value knowledge, experience, and expertise to improve patient outcomes and quality care. + The opportunity to make an impact on the health system and the healthcare industry. + Saint Luke's offers competitive salaries and benefits packages to all of their employees, click here ( to find out more. **Job Requirements** Applicable Experience: 3-5 years Associate Degree **Job Details** Full Time Day (United States of America) **_The best place to get care.
